Notice of Public Hearing on Annexation and Proposed Plan of Service(Harris Annexation)
The Jackson City Council will hold a public hearing on the above-illustrated annexation and proposed plan of service for an annexation area identified as “Harris Annexation Area”, comprising 21.6 ± acres. The area is generally described as being located at the southeast quadrant of U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and Highway 45 North. The proposed zoning for “Harris Annexation Area” is B-5 (Highway Business) District.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith Meeting Room. All interested parties are invited to attend.
