Public Hearing to Amend the Text on Official Code for Title 12 Building, Utility, Etc.
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance will be introduced at a public hearing before the Council of the City of Jackson. The purpose of which is to amend the text of the Official Code of the City of Jackson Title 12 BUILDING, UTILITY, ETC, CODES, relative to the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) 2018 Edition, published by ICC.
This Ordinance will be heard and considered for adoption at the regular meeting of the Jackson City Council to be held at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 on the 2nd day of April 2024 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith Meeting Room.
